超高温除尘器
The Super-high-temperature Baghouse
超高温袋式除尘器是由我公司自主研发的应用于超高温领域的烟气净化装置。它采用特种金属纤维毡作为烟气过滤材料，可直接对800℃以下的高温烟气进行过滤除尘，不需要在烟气过滤前使用烟气降温装置。过滤风速可在1～8m/min之间选取，达常规袋式除尘器的数倍，除尘效率达到99.99％以上。采用声波组合刚性清灰技术，具有清灰效果好，不损伤滤袋等优点。
经过净化处理的超高温烟气可进一步用于发电等资源利用。
超高温袋式除尘技术已获国家科技部“创新基金”支持。
The super-high-temperature baghouse technology is researched and developed by our company independently. It is applied cleaning flue gas in the super-high-temperature domain. It adopts special metal fibre as the flue gas cleaning material, so that it can collect dust from the high-temperature flue gas below 800℃ directly, and have no use for lowing the temperature before cleaning flue gas. The filtration velocity could be chosen between 1m/min to 8m/min, which is as several times as the normal baghouse. The collection efficiency could be higher than 99.99%. It adopts combined sound wave for dust removal. It possesses many advantages, such as good dust removal effect and not damaging the filter bags.
The super-high-temperature flue gas after cleaning can be used for generating electricity. The super-high-temperature baghouse technology has attained the support of the national science and technology department "the innovation fund".
